Two gummies hit's the spot. Like all edibles, they take an hour or so to feel the effects which starts out gradual. I know that once I feel my eyelids getting a little droopy it's time to find a seat, sit down and enjoy the ride!

Just what I was looking for. Right doage; works well alone but I also sometimes combine it with a whole or half D8 / D9 gummy for a relaxing evening and some good sleep!

I was looking for something for really bad days with my back as I'm a regular kratom user with no issues. 7oh is not what I thought it was, which is entirely my fault. These do not taste good at all and they don't seem as effective as other brands, but the price is great. It's slightly more effective than powder. I'd probably buy again, I just had higher expectations.

I like it. It doesn't really last as long while giving a massage though. I also wish it had that amazing camphor( I think that's what it's called) smell to it.
