  1. Where is your CBD from? Our CBD Genesis products contain hemp farmed in Oregon and/or Colorado.
  2. Is CBD legal? Yes, the 2018 Farm Bill made it clear that hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC are federally legal.
  3. Does CBD make you high? No, CBD is non-psychoactive and does not give you the "high" you would experience with THC. Customers have reported calming and pain relief effects that allow them to feel good and continue with their day. Note that we do now sell products like Delta-8 that contain some THC which may have psychoactive effects depending on your tolerance and amount consumed.
  4. Is the packaging discreet? Yes, our packaging is plain and doesn't say CBD or even indicate the company name at all.
  5. What is your refund policy? Please see our refunds page for more information. Refunds are available for unopened products returned within 14 days. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
  6. Do you sell wholesale? Yes, please see our wholesale page to sign up for a wholesale account. We give discounted pricing for business to resell our products.
  7. How long does shipping take? If you order before 2pm (Central Time) we are usually able to get your order to the delivery company the same day. From then, it depends on your distance from our Florida distribution center, but usually within 3 days.
